Joining a Yahoo Groups Forum can be confusing.
Here are some hints that may help when joining a Yahoo forum
Firstly go to our Yahoo Forum home page such as
Do you have a Yahoo Account?
If so then Click on the Sign In link at the top of the page
- Now go back to the Forum home page and click Join the Group
If not you need to Obtain a Yahoo Account

At the Forum home page Click on Register
Obtaining a Yahoo account is free
You will then be asked for your details and a User ID and Password and your normal email address.- On the Yahoo form fill in all the fields.
- At one of the fields you will be asked to type in a string that is displayed on the form, this is a Yahoo security feature to stop people taking out accounts using an automated process
- Since Yahoo has so many members you will need to choose an obscure User ID as all the obvious ones are in use.
- If the User ID you choose is already taken you will be asked to define another
Receive your emails and click on the link to activate your account - Now go back to the Forum home page and click Join the Group
What happens next?

You will be added as a pending member and sent an email

This email will ask you to send us your Name, Membership No and Post Code

We will then confirm your membership and you will receive an email confirming you as a member of the forum
The process above should work OK but sometimes I have noticed that you are asked to Verify your email address a second time. If this happens then click on the Verify link. This will send you another email which you need to click on the confirm link.
